DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
An exciting opportunity exists to express your passion for exceptional service in Office Management

MAIN ACTIVITIES
Managing office building and structure
General office management
Managing cleaning services
Managing office administrator and messenger
Building security
Procurement
Manage staff queries regarding the offices and parking
Responsible for Reports: Health and safety, Access control, Company car, Cleaning services and Stock levels: Cleaning consumables, Stationary, beverages
Report back to Board of Directors on maintenance issues
Other tasks as required

QUALIFICATIONS
Matric
Diploma/Post Matric qualification will be advantageous

SKILLS REQUIRED
A high level of accuracy and an eye for detail
Ability to interact professionally with clients
Language ability: English & Afrikaans – Read, write and speak.

TECHNOLOGY
Microsoft Office experience (MS Office, QuickBooks or other accounting package)

WORKING EXPERIENCE
No less than 5 years.

REMUNERATION
A market related salary and other benefits are offered.
