Verso’s Web Access
Both members and employers may access their fund information via the web on application. The detailed information provided by the system guarantees a high level of transparency for both employees and employers.

Member Level Web Access
All members may apply for this access. With ‘Member Level Web Access’, members’ can access their own fund records. This facility enables individuals to view the growth of their Retirement Savings Account and track our progress as we process and pay their respective claims.

In order to get ‘Member Level Web Access’ a member can self-register at the login page VFS Member Login. Once registered the member will have ‘Member Level Web Access’ and be registered for SMS Services.

Fund Level Web Access
This access is only available to applicants authorised by the employer. ‘Fund Level Web Access’ will enable the access holder to view all confidential fund records of members in the employers’ employ.

‘Fund Level Web Access’ holders have access to reports and may request any of the provided reports. Once the report is requested, the administration system will generate the report and email it to the registered email address of the access holder.

Each person applying for access must complete and sign the Fund Level Web Access Application Form. The form must be counter-signed and stamped by either the employers’ Chief Executive Officer or Managing Director.
