To take responsibility for the building and maintenance of relationships with existing companies as well as sourcing of new business via corporate and individual markets.

Build strong relationships with potential new local authority clients; introduction of potential new local authority clients to the consulting team and creating brand awareness for Verso with current and potential new local authority clients

Present the benefits at new employee inductions and ensure that sufficient client collateral is available for the induction sessions for one of the retirement funds under administration.

3.QUALIFICATIONS:

3.1. Matric or equivalent.
3.2. FAIS compliant, i.e., 120 FAIS credits.
3.3. Representative –

4.SKILLS REQUIRED:

5.TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
Health Broker accreditation is to be obtained from each Product House the Company is accredited with. A good understanding of the knowledge of medical scheme industry – corporate and individual clients. Comply with CMS regulations.

6.TECHNOLOGY:
Extensive practical experience on Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Own reliable transport with valid code B (8) driver’s license.

7.WORKING EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant industry related experience.

An opportunity exists in the Group Finance department to assist in the daily, monthly and annual accounting and administration function.

2.CRTITERIA:
  • Must be South African citizen;
  • Must be unemployed and between the ages of 18 to 35 years;

3.MAIN ACTIVITIES:
  • Daily capturing, reconciliation and sign-off of bank statement for all group companies;
  • Daily capturing of revenue receivable (invoicing);
  • Daily capturing of supplier invoices that comply with internal controls and regulatory requirement (VAT act);
  • Maintaining electronic filing system to ensure all filing completed accurately and timeously;
  • Intercompany invoicing and allocations;
  • Requesting of all supplier invoices and statements (including debit orders) for prompt payment, where necessary;
  • Assist with annual audit preparations for the group of entities;
  • Perform other general accounting support tasks in the Corporate Finance department;
  • Ad hoc journals as and when required; and
  • Ad hoc task as requested from senior staff.


4.SKILLS REQUIRED:
